Although we do not offer refunds, you may request an exchange or a gift card to be used at a later time. Please be aware that all items approved for exchange must be returned in the original condition, original packaging, and with proof of purchase. All exchanges must be made within 60 days of purchase. There are some items such as body care products and perishable items that do not qualify for an exchange. If a product is damaged during the shipping process, you must provide proof of that damage and carrier information.
